OFFICIAL RULES / TERMS & CONDITIONS OF NEW ROOF GIVEAWAY

NEW ROOF GIVEAWAY IS VOID WHEREVER PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. THE FOLLOWING NEW ROOF GIVEAWAY IS VALID ONLY TO ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS (AS DEFINED BELOW), AND SHALL ONLY BE AWARDED TO AN ELIGIBLE ENTRANT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Entry Period: Customers and entrants may qualify for the new roof giveaway (as defined in these Official Rules, the "New Roof Giveaway") with East Coast Metal Roofing (the “Sponsor”) during normal business hours from 6/15/26 through 9/7/26 (the "Entry Period"). The New Roof Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Who May Participate: The New Roof Giveaway is open only to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry, who own the home on which the prize roof would be installed, and whose eligible home is located in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Connecticut, or Rhode Island. Sponsor may require proof of age, identity, residency, property ownership, and project/home address. Employees of the Sponsor and Administrator (collectively, the "Promotion Entities") and each of their immediate family members are not eligible.

How to Participate - Qualifying Customers and Qualifying Purchases: To receive an automatic entry as a "Qualifying Customer", a customer must make a "Qualifying Purchase", during the Entry Period. A "Qualifying Purchase" is the non-cancellable purchase of one or more Qualifying Products from East Coast Metal Roofing during the Entry Period for an eligible home owned by the customer and located in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Connecticut, or Rhode Island. Each Qualifying Purchase receives one entry into the New Roof Giveaway. Limit one entry per household/project address, regardless of method of entry. As used herein, "Qualifying Product" shall mean the purchase of a new metal roofing system from East Coast Metal Roofing. Sales tax, fascia, rot, plywood, skylights, venting, solar, gutters, gutter guards, structural repairs, code upgrades, permitting issues, HOA approvals, and any other products, services, upgrades, repairs, conditions, or charges outside the approved new metal roofing system are not part of this offer unless expressly approved in writing by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute over categorization of Qualifying Product, eligible home status, project scope, or prize fulfillment, the final decision in the sole discretion of the Sponsor shall prevail. New purchases or additions/changes to existing contracts which are made outside of the Entry Period are not eligible for this offer and will not be eligible for automatic entry.

Qualifying Customers must have made a binding Qualifying Purchase, and completed and executed a binding purchase contract and completed all required financial requirements as designated by Sponsor. Non-qualifying purchases do not qualify for, and will be excluded from, this New Roof Giveaway. There are no cancellations during the Entry Period.

How to Participate - Alternate Means of Entry: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter without making a purchase, hand print your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, project/home address, and a statement that you own the home located at the project/home address on a 3x5-inch postcard and mail it to: East Coast Metal Roofing New Roof Giveaway, 254 Sutton Ave, Oxford, MA 01540. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received before the live drawing on 9/8/26 at 12:00pm Eastern Time to be included in the drawing. Limit one mail-in entry per household/project address. Mail-in entries have the same chance of winning as automatic entries. No mechanically reproduced, copied, incomplete, illegible, postage-due, late, lost, misdirected, or inaccurate entries will be accepted.

IMPORTANT - NOTE: Each eligible entry will be entered into the New Roof Giveaway, in which one eligible entrant will have the opportunity to receive, subject to all the terms and conditions contained in these Official Rules, a new metal roofing system professionally installed by East Coast Metal Roofing on the winner's eligible home (the "Prize"). The Prize is awarded as goods and services only and may not be redeemed for cash, transferred, assigned, or substituted. The approximate retail value of the Prize will depend on the approved project scope and must be disclosed for tax and promotional purposes. If the selected winner has already made payments toward a Qualifying Purchase, Sponsor may apply the Prize as a credit, cancellation of the remaining qualifying balance, and/or reimbursement of amounts paid for the qualifying new metal roofing system solely as fulfillment of the Prize. No separate cash equivalent, excess value, or additional compensation will be awarded. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes and any charges, upgrades, repairs, conditions, or work not included in the approved Prize scope. Decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator are final and binding regarding eligible entrants, eligible project addresses, eligible purchase amounts, prize scope, prize fulfillment, and in all matters relating to this New Roof Giveaway.

New Roof Giveaway - Drawing Requirements

In order for the Prize to be awarded, the name of an eligible entrant must be pulled in the live drawing which is to occur on September 8, 2026 at 12:00pm Eastern Time. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize Award & Delivery: In the event that an eligible entrant is selected in the live drawing and verified per these Official Rules and terms and conditions of the offer, the eligible winner will be awarded the Prize. Prize fulfillment, installation, scheduling, and completion are subject to verification, property ownership confirmation, eligible home confirmation, project scope approval, permitting, weather, product availability, site conditions, scheduling availability, and completion of any required documents. Prize fulfillment may take approximately 8 - 12 weeks or longer after live drawing and verification, depending on project requirements and conditions.

Prize recipient, if any, must accept delivery and installation of Prize from Sponsor, or as otherwise instructed by Sponsor. All other costs related to Prize delivery, installation, acceptance, ownership, and use are the sole responsibility of the recipient including but not limited to any and all applicable taxes (including local, state and federal income taxes), any work outside the approved Prize scope, and any required approvals, permissions, or property-related requirements. Prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution is available. Prize recipient may be required to complete and return any necessary documents upon receipt of Prize, including a liability/publicity release, property ownership verification, project authorization documents, and/or a W-9 form.

IMPORTANT: In the event the selected entrant does not satisfy the eligibility, verification, ownership, project/home location, documentation, or prize fulfillment requirements, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate eligible entrant may be selected. No cash, refund, rebate, or compensation of any kind will be provided in place of the Prize except as expressly described above solely for fulfillment of the Prize for a selected winner who has already made payments toward a Qualifying Purchase.

Additional Rules and Restrictions: By participating in this New Roof Giveaway, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final in all matters relating to this offer. In the event an entrant is awarded a Prize, and is later found to be in violation of these rules he/she will be required to forfeit the Prize or to reimburse Sponsor for the stated value. Participation constitutes permission for the Sponsor, Administrator and its agencies to use winners' names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade in any media worldwide without limitation or further compensation unless prohibited by law. False, fraudulent or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible for any Prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to terminate New Roof Giveaway if any problem corrupts the administration, security or proper operation of the New Roof Giveaway. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing or advertising of the offer, administration or execution of the program or in the announcement of the Prize winner.

By accepting a Prize, entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Promotion Entities (collectively "Releasees") from any and all claims, losses, actions, or damages of any kind, whether actual, incidental or consequential, arising out of or relating to entrant's participation in this program, or the acceptance, possession, installation, use, or misuse of any Prize, or participation in Prize-related activities, and to assume all liability in connection therewith.

Releasees shall not be liable to any entrant or any other person for failure to supply the Prize or any part thereof by reason of any acts of God, pandemic, any actions, regulations, orders, or requests by any governmental entity, equipment failure, terrorist acts, war, fire, embargo, labor dispute or strike, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, weather, property condition, permitting delay, product availability, or any other cause beyond Releasees' sole control. No more than one Prize will be awarded for any reason.

IN CASE OF DISPUTES: By participating, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Offer, or any Prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of Massachusetts. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this offer, but in no event attorneys' fees. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for punitive, incidental, consequential, multiplied, or increased damages.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with this Offer, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Massachusetts.
