I can’t say enough great things about East Coast Metal Roofing. The Permalock product itself is beautiful, and you can just see the durability and know that it’s going to last a lifetime; I would not be excited about going with asphalt, but with a metal roof, although more expensive, the excitement in the beauty and the lifetime guarantee is way, way worth the price. East Coast itself and their subcontractors hit our project out of the park. It was a rather complicated project because we own a timber frame house and there was a lot of rot in the roof panels. The quote was spot on, and the dedication and quality of work was top notch. Obviously getting 5 stars from me, and would recommend East Coast to anyone who’s looking for a metal roof. Lastly, we went with the slate shingle; we were thinking of going standing seam, but definitely glad we went with East Coast and Permalock. Thanks East Coast!
