Our house now has a beautiful new roof and two new skylights, thanks to East Coast Metal Roofing. I am so pleased with the look and performance. The company: Our sales representative (Ian Mochrie) was extremely professional. He spent a great deal of time with me and assuaged any concerns I had for trying a product that was new to me. He gave me a list of many houses that I was able to drive by and view. He was polite, a clear communicator, responsive, and patient. The product: I chose a custom color, a deep, dark green, with the embossed slate finish – and it’s beautiful! I have a contemporary cape, so my roof has a fairly steep pitch, and can be seen clearly from the street. It is distinctive and truly catches the eye. We had a number of heavy snow storms this year and our house was the only one in the neighborhood with no snow on it. The installation: Our installation happened in January. I was concerned about having work done at that time of year. But it all worked out well. The team shoveled the snow off the roof, removed the asphalt shingles, and did the install in three days. They took great care with their nails, as it would be hard to find any loose ones in the snow. All it all, it was most impressive work! Thank you, Ian Mochrie and East Coast Metal Roofing.
