Metal Roof in Chesterfield, MA

Review from the Homeowner

We recently had a new roof installed on our house and chose to go with East Coast Metal Roofing and the Permalock Aluminum Tiles. We went with the Aluminum tiles because of the weight (Save 40% and we have a 125 Year Old House) and the longevity of the product (My Lifetime or 100 Years in a Trust). As for the actual process, we did have to put down a 1/3 and I know that makes some people uncomfortable, but they worked with us to get it scheduled at our convenience, which meant waiting for the chimney to be repaired and relined. They came to install the roof 2 days after all the other work was completed. Granted I have a small roof, but 2 days and they stripped the old roof and replaced it with the new one. The area around the house was maintained at all times and not just cleaned at the end. The roof is new, so i can't speak to the actual product yet, but I can speak for the service and if the roof is anything like that, then I will be very happy.
