Over the years I’ve had many contractors work on my house. Most I’ve had to correct their work or spend way too much time chasing to get the work finished or corrected. About 1 and ½ ago East Coast metal roofing install a new roof. I did run into a couple of issues but I had a great sales contact (Chris Lahey) that I contacted and he expedited the first fix. It was corrected within a week. Another problem happens more recently, a little bigger problem again I contacted Chris and he put me in touch with Mike from their QC department. He was down almost immediately to inspect. Within a week a solution was formulated. Any company can have problems with the work they do but few step up and take care of the customer.
