Metal Roof in Groton, MA

I had done research on metal roofing so decided to meet with ECMR. Christian was amazing. His presentation wasn't the " tv commercial " I had been expecting. He gave a very comprehensive explanation and was able to answer every question about why this roofing was superior. He also showed us samples of everything(right down to the nails they use!). Metal roofing is a great deal more expensive than asphalt shingles but, after hearing him out, we felt much more comfortable making the investment. I also appreciated that Christian wasn't doing the hard sell and pressuring us to decide right away. He gave his presentation then went outside to let us talk and decide but stayed available for any questions. After hearing Christian out about the compatibility of their roof and the gutters from their sister company, we also decided to have the gutters replaced. We worked with several employees throughout the project and with a couple of minor exceptions everything went smoothly. I appreciated the updates and check ins. The roof installation crew did not speak much English but they worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job cleaning up after. There were a couple of hiccups along the way but were taken care of almost immediately. The new roof is amazing! The gutters proved to be a challenging install and they had to do some creative thinking but the crew was great (thank you Patrick and Rick!). We definitely made the right choice working with this company.
