Our first meeting was with Chris Lackey and he demonstrated the ECMR roofing system. As a result of the information presented, we decided to go with ECMR and have a new roof installed. During this process, Chris Lackey (Sales) was helpful, along with Sean and Shawn, the Quality Control team. The roofing crew was, friendly, professional and considerate of our property. We did encounter some installation miscommunications and installation issues; however, the team quickly took above and beyond actions to remedy all of the issues. This was greatly appreciated!
