We're loving the vibe of the last roof we'll ever put on our roof! We got the black embossed shingles. Our roof order was assembled and delivered really quickly. East Coast Metal Roofing installed it and it looks amazing! Our Product Specialist, Andrew, taught us all about the Perma Lock roofing system technology and roofing systems in general so that we could make an informed decision. He also worked with us to plan our improved passive attic venting so that it wouldn't interfere with our solar installation in the spring. Shaun did our Quality Control and installation was smooth sailing; no issues, delays, or hiccups. The crew was solid; they took care not to damage our pool or plants during demolition, they were on site early and working really hard in the cold. It was December and dark early so they stayed until dark every day to get the job done before a big storm. In the end they did a great job cleaning up and the finished product looks amazing. It's too bad we're going to cover up a bunch of it with solar, but there's plenty of great detail work to make our neighbors jealous.
