Our roof needed to be replaced and we didn't want to just go with asphalt shingles and have to do it all over again in 20-30 years. We researched the benefits of metal roofs and had East Coast Metal Roofing's Project Manager Ian Mochrie come over to tell us all about what they had to offer and the benefits of a metal roof. Though the cost is greater than a shingle roof we felt the benefits of the metal roof made it a easy choice for us. In Mid October we had ECMR install a black metal roof on our house and garage as well as install PVC fascia boards, gutters and gutter guards and our house has never looked better.
