From start to finish, our experience with ECMR was superb and the standard by which all other contractors should use to measure their own performance. Our adventure with ECMR started in January 2020 when Chris came to our house to review their product. We had previously done much research on the company and product, and were already impressed. Chris did an awesome job explaining everything and answering all our questions. He even had sample materials to show us how everything works. Although a bit more pricey than we wanted, we ended up signing the contract during the initial meeting because the benefits far outweighed other roofing choices. Six weeks later in February because of a break in the weather, the roofing installation began. I should also point out we contracted with ECMR to replace all the fascia boards throughout the house, as well as add new soffit vents on the roof over the garage. We even had them install two additional skylights over our garage roof where my wife and I have our offices. The crew was great and worked long hours each day, taking the time to pick up after themselves and store all their materials at the end of each day. They worked so hard I ended up buying them lunch every day! They took the time to answer my questions, and there were a lot. I wanted to know everything about the roof and what to expect. One month later, we are still getting tons of compliments on our new roof. Some people have said they did not know a roof could be so beautiful and others have said our house belongs in a magazine. We have offered to be an active reference for ECMR and welcome anyone who wants to view our house and has questions. We are very pleased with the decision we made and hiring ECMR. They are a first-rate organization who values quality above everything else. Their product and people are first rate!
