Highly recommend ECM Roofing to everyone. Chris Lacky explained materials and the process in detail leaving no questions. The only thing he didn't mention was the noise, but I should have expected that. The crew was very impressive with the work they put in. They showed up early, stayed late, and took only one break all day and never left a mess at any time. Sean Azarbin, the QC Manager of the project answered all questions that did arise during the process and explained things I didn't quite understand. One night during a heavy wind and rain storm, the tarp they covered the unfinished portion with blew off. I woke up to a waterfall from my ceiling and a flood in my kitchen. Both Chris and Sean answered my call and text at 6:30 in the morning and had someone come fix the problem within 20 minutes even though it was still raining. The company is also taking care of the damage to my ceiling. The quality of work, the professionalism and work ethic of the crew makes me wish they did more than roofing.
