From first contact ECMR was awesome. After requesting a quote I received a callback within minutes. The rep was knowledgeable and helpful. Chris, the project specialist, was at my house the next day explaining the product, process and all the associated costs while answering any and all questions I had. He put me completely at ease over the (unquestionably large) financial commitment by breaking down the value of ECMR's roofing system vs a traditional asphalt roof. Financing was done and signed within 15 minutes of applying. Once the material came in (about 4 weeks), Shaun's team was at my house early and stayed until the sun was going down. They were polite, respectful of my and my neighbors property and most importantly were absolutely fantastic at their jobs. 2 days and the roof was stripped, plywooded, metaled and completed.
