From our first inquiry to completion of our new roof project we were delighted with the responsiveness, workmanship and customer first approach of East Coast Metal Roofing. Caitrin’s call only a few minutes after our inquiry posted to ECMR’s website gave us a great impression of what was to come. As she set up our roof inspection, she informed us of what to expect next. This included a call from a manager to confirm our appointment. Dave was punctual, did a thorough inspection, explained the Permalock shingles and installation process. He provided an accurate estimate of timing and what to expect from the construction team. He also explained differences between his product and others we’d researched and quickly provided a solution to a bathroom venting issue we had since our home was built. There was no pressure selling, which made it easy for us to make an instantaneous decision. Jenna then took over communication to keep us updated of the start date and when to expect delivery of a dumpster and materials. Baja and his team were fast, hardworking (on site until dark) and quickly addressed a small punch list. Throughout installation Shaun kept us informed of progress and next steps. His safety-first mindset for the install team (pausing our project when wind gusts were too high for his team to be on our roof) was applauded and appreciated. During final inspection, Kevin was great and walked our property to recover stray nails and shingle debris. Dave completed our project by filing of our warranty. Overall, all at ECMR fulfilled their promise by providing an exceptional experience from start to finish. We have no hesitation recommending this customer-first company for your roofing project.
